Dear friends of RI,

We were born on the high street over 30 years ago and we missed not being able to shop in-store with you, on and off, for the last year or so. 

But the time has come and restrictions are being lifted! We’re so excited to properly welcome you back but we want our reunion to be as safe as possible. 

Before you head out to see us, take a look at what’s going on in our stores…

When & Where?

All stores in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland have reopened. Trading hours should remain as normal but head to our store finder to see the details for your fave location. We can’t wait to see you!

Keeping our distance

Social distancing is now a thing of the past in England, but please respect members of staff or fellow customers and give them space to keep them comfortable if you can. In Scotland, please keep a 1 metre distance from people in-store and in Ireland full social distancing is still in place. You may have to queue to enter, things are worth the wait right? Once you're inside, you’ll see clear social distancing guidelines and there will be a monitor in each store, just to keep it all running smoothly.

The new must-have accessory

While masks are no longer mandatory in England stores (but please free to keep wearing them if you prefer), they’re still required in our Scotland and Ireland stores. We’re taking safety seriously so our teams will be wearing reusable visors and disposable gloves and masks in those stores - this is essential to protect them and you.

So fresh & clean

As well as regular cleaning taking place throughout the day, there will be hand sanitiser stations set up for all to use.

Ways to pay

We really encourage you to go contactless, but we will still accept cash. E-receipts will be issued. We’ve also fitted screens at our tills for the protection of colleagues and customers.
